I went with the medium ppc and laser 45 in most arcs because I wanted to cut down on the weight, cost, and crew while possibly increasing the amount of damage I was able to put out by increasing the amount of weapons per arc

 Your still losing me on the odd numbers. 81 Fighters?

 80 fighters would be 4 Groups of 18 each with a 2 fighter command element in each group. Which makes sense.  Not sure it needs 50 small craft. I would set fighter bays to 80 in each and max 20 small craft. Dropship collar to probably 4 instead of 1. Supply is good.

I try to have 1-2,000 supply for each squadron of 6. Which would by your design is 56,000 supply if maxed, but it meets minimum standards with left overs. Not always possible but I will reduce fighter load if I must. I like the other design better though. Though I might modify it a tad, possibly adjust it's fighter load count some.

One reason to carry odd fighter counts is to have spares ready to fly if one or more are downchecked for maintenance.  This is apparently done in universe by any nation other than the Dracs or Suns that run Vengeances since there aren't factional variants that fit their fighter doctrine.  I also think I remember seeing size 25 fighter bays on SLDF warships which would also point to this practice.  Even the Clans thought having wingmen was more important than adhering strictly to their pentagonal force structure.
