I'd be tempted to swap the Medium Lasers onto the arms and Small Lasers onto the torsos (if possible).

The Medium Lasers get a wider firing arc, and at the range for the Small Lasers you have a 1 in 3 chance of being able to punch.  Might as well Punch and fire the Small Lasers at the target.

Friend of mine did that with a twin PPC Catapult. One of the other players ran in close and said, "hah now I'm inside your minimum range!". That's when he got blasted with 10 small lasers.
