Courtesy of Netflix CD delivery, I'm starting on Season 1 of Babylon 5. I was stationed overseas when it originally aired, and got to see an episode or two while home on leave. I'm looking forward to the journey, although I wish they had the series available for streaming.
I picked up the DVD with "In the Beginning" and "The Gathering", and watched both last night. It's been many years since I watch B5, and now contemplating picking up the seasons on DVD.
How was Casino Royale, which was when Bond just reciebed "00" status, more in the future than Dr No where he was a vetran agent? :-P
Casino Royale is a very good movie, I think better than most, perhaps my fourth or fifth favorite of all the movies. The basic plot sticks with the original novel, which is a nice change of pace, since there hasn't been a Bond movie that was based off of one of the original novels since the 70's. I believe the intention for Casino Royale was to make it a bit of a re-boot. How one chooses to incorporate that with the rest of the series is totally up to the individual.
The best Daniel Craig Bond movie at this point is "Skyfall", if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. I certainly hope that "Spectre" is just as awesome, if not more so, when it is released in just under a year.
