No but the disappearance of the wasp and Valkyrie plus the total absence of macross designs in TRO:SW... and also the total stall on combat manuals indicate that while not pulled from public consumption (the art is still on the MUL), it seems any new progress on the classics has been halted while this lawsuit business is resolved

The new WHM was listed as example of infringement in HG's revised lawsuit. It would be foolish to release its miniature now.
