Which lasers survived in the Firefalcon?
If I wanted to evenly divide 16 tons for transporting jump and ground infantry, how many troops could I get?

i'll have to find the sheet and let you know sunday

the infantry works to 3 tons per platoon. foot would be 28 troopers per platoon, jump would be 21 per platoon

next game will be 12/21 ... as long as no white things get together  :D

next mission will be a recon/hunt

someone is looking at an old mine and you will be sent to look to see what is going on.

each player will get to pick any 2 units from the company they have made. you can take any 2 'mechs, vehicles, infantry or combo you want.

I may be able to make it Sunday.  Family and friends have been pitching in with keeping my grandmother company.  I'll be going in for the better part of the next two weeks, and I've been advised to pace myself or I'll get burned out.

Hey guys -

Jim -  Take it from me -  large amounts of time in the hospital keeping a loved one company can be very stressful, and you being stressed when there to keep company with a loved one doesn't work very well.  I hope you can make it sunday and de-stress.  Either way, if there is anything we can do to help just let us know.

Shadhawk - unit as follows:

Mech Lance:
Avatar C
Wolverine 8C (better pilot)
2x Owens C

also, can the Omni's be BA carriers as well?

Infantry:  as printed last time, unless I can swap out one maxim for a bandit

Vehicle Lance:
2x schiltron prime
3058 c3 slave partisan
3058 Pegasus

see you guys sunday  O0

Hey Shadhawk -

Won't be able to go to your holiday party today... am very sick with a throat virus. :worktroll:

A throat virus which I got from my sister who got it from her students in Connecticut.

A throat virus her doctor specifically told her was contagious and not to go visit anyone while sick with it.

So what was her first though?  "Need to go back home for the holidays and have mom take care of me instead of staying alone in my apartment" [metalhealth] grumble grumble

So mom and I both caught it

shocking.

really.

@p?

Although mother is pretty much better at this point, I've been coughing up a lung for the past week and the way things look will need another week before I get completely better.  (oh, and stop being contagious)  as a result, travelling and visiting friends is contra-indicated.

UNLIKE sis, I DON'T want to make other people sick.

Anyway, hope you all have fun, and wish everyone a happy new year for me.

Feel better soon, Crash.
In future games, you won't need to substitute minis.  I've dug out my Avatar and Owens.  I have a Wolverine and I've ordered a second Owens from IWM.  Bring one or two of your unpainted mechs each game and I'll paint them while we play.  Let me know what you're bringing and what paint scheme you want for it so I know what painting supplies to bring.

OK next mission setup

someone in romping it a large wooded area and you all are going to see what is going on. so time for a walk in the woods people.

this time out we will be using maps to move things along and so I do not have to setup a million trees  >:D
all you need to do is bring some thing to look around in the woods.

no burning down the trees. lumber is big biz and that will cost you lots of money. that and the area is protected for the wild life.

you get to pick one unit from your roster. 'Mech or Battle Armor are the best types. yes the BA can battle ride on a 'Mech.
unarmored infantry would not be good as said wild life will eat them. yes the critters are that big  ^-^
