MWO Hero mechs made canon?

I'm pretty sure I heard recently that the MWO hero mech variants have been declared canon.

Is there any word on when we will have record sheets?

The stories ("fluff") written for the Hero 'Mechs were made canon.  Not stats or anything else in MWO.

Thanks, I will just go ahead and make them myself then.

Most of them cannot be translated straight into CBT, or have features that you wouldn't want too. 1.5 tons of MG ammo on the Pirate's Bane Locust for 2 MG's? AMIRITE?

However, I will try to keep as close to the original designs as possible.

Fluff was directly taken from the original TRO: 3025.  Mainly the notable pilots and Mechs.
