Yikes!  The one I had completely reset my pain scale... I hope they can take care of it sooner than later!

Did you hear about the LEGO store grand opening?  People were lined up for blocks...

Bummer!  I'm shocked they've been pushing it back.  My wife had one a few weeks after I did (which was odd, because we were living 300 miles apart at the time), and they took care of her within a week too.

Ok, my procedure is re-scheduled for the 18th.  Which means I probably won't be in good condition to run the game.

How is everyone's calendar looking like for the 27th?

Sorry to hear about yet another re-schedule...  :-[

The 27th is beyond my crystal ball's ability to see...  Tentatively, yes?

I have confirmed with Mrs. Space Cat for the 27th.

If you haven't been to Castle Space Cat before send me a DM and I'll hit you with directions/parking/etc.

I really should introduce your wife to mine some day... no idea when (or how, at this point) I can make that happen...

Remember to send them to the overflow parking.  I'm claiming dibs on the driveway.

Dibs have been called, will any challenge this man to a trial of refusal?

Also of note: My Steel Warriors Studios order came in. Got the massive hills pack and the complete city pack. It's amazing, now it just needs to warm up so I can prime the bloody thing.

I want to try and roll for initiative at noon.  I plan on being there an hour before to set the game up.

So with all the tentative so far, I'm tracking 7 with a possible 8th.

I think 8 is about the limit my place can handle so that works.
Masks are optional if you so desire but not required (because I expect everyone to be adults and not show up if you feel ill/have symptoms).

An addendum is being made for the 2021 season:
I have a new handy-dandy infrared thermometer and I'll be checking temps at the door as a precaution because...a baby Space Cat is slated to join the family in October.

We're keeping it close to our vest until March, but this group got a special dispensation on getting the update from Mrs. Space Cat since you'll be visiting...and also I've been dying to tell someone.  ;D

Alrighty.  I’ve updated the company spreadsheet to reflect the repairs done and experience gained.

The pilots to the Ostscout, Marauder and Wolverine has built up enough XP to improve one of their stats or to gain one point towards a PSA.  All their gunnery skills are 3 & piloting skills are 4.  Let me know how you all wish to spend their XP and I’ll update the spreadsheet.

The next scenario is the company going on patrol in search for the remaining pirates that have been causing all these problems.  It’s going to be in an area of wooded hills where some old mines use to be located.

The rogue security forces you encountered in your previous mission are expected to have linked up with the pirates as their betrayal has been exposed thanks to the company’s efforts.  Data analysis of the servers you recovered has revealed these pirates were working along side this group that was responsible for the attack on the city and one of the regiment’s drop ships; Morrison’s Extractors.

The Extractor’s were paying the pirates to raid and capture mining and ore processing equipment.  We do not know what they intend to do with this equipment, but we were able to determine that Morrison and his unit were operating from a jump ship that has since left this system; their whereabouts are currently unknown.  So for now, we will concentrate on ridding this planet of the current pirate problem.

Space Cat: CONGRATS!  That first one will change your life forever.  The second will change it almost as much, and third almost as much as that. By the fourth one, it starts to become old hat.  In general: WOO!

Jester: I think the Wolverine is me (it's been a while)... my priority SPA is "Jumping Jack" (for obvious reasons)...  ^-^

Gasp!  You forgot about the Blazerhawk?!  Who are you and what have you done with Daryk?

It’s all good man.  I’ll be sure to bring the cold cuts & deviled eggs.

Congrats to the SpaceCat Family!  Woots all around.

Daryk is just so accustomed to piloting Wolverines, he could never see himself in anything else, obviously.

The Ostscout is our non-assigned mech, so...I'm thinking banking for Eagle Eyes 2pt (for extra Sensors range), getting Lucky 1pt (Edge if allowed), or taking piloting to 3.

I'm not sure who has contact with Victor to ask about the Marauder.  It may be best to just make a call for him.  2 gunnery or bank for weapon specialist (PPC).

Victor has a pre-existing condition that makes him more susceptible to COVID so it going to be a while before he joins us.  Whatever the group decides is best for the Marauder pilot is fine.

Yeah, tracking that.  My vote would be fore weapon specialist PPC.

Reading over Weapon Specialist, I think a simple point of Gunnery is better (especially down to 2).  Specialist requires a Gunnery Skill specialization to begin with, and as you pointed out, he could have that now instead of waiting for Specialist.
