Okay, up on the 'general' board, they're talkin' about the Cavalry AH.  This got me thinkin' bone thinkin' about something I toyed with as an idea for a custom unit back when TW was brand-spank'n new.

Take the base chassis of the Cavalry AH, and slap MML's on it instead of two flavours of SRM.

that's it.  That's what I need, but can't put together.  How big can you make the launcher without compromising armor, ammo, or speed?  is there anything 'weird' you can do to it?

I want to see goofy customized Cavalry AH's, just a thought experiment, you might say.

On to another item...Scientist Caste, Nova CEWS, and Star League Era (TRO  2750) vehicles.  We don't have canon versions of vees with this scientist-caste system, but it strikes me that they might retrofit some Brian Cache equipment with it.  What do you say to, oh, an Alacorn variant, Rhino, etc. etc.?

Sorry about the spacing for the text.  This was just a quick reply, will think about other options after I get some sleep.  Swapped to a FC engine and used the extra tonnage for a TAG, extra ton of ammo, and some sponsons just for the hilarity.

 :o thinking about a single larger turret-mounted MML and realized that something is off about MMLs. Just playing the numbers the only reason to have any other MML but the 3 is Artemis (and even that can be ignored because of a couple of MML3s work as Artemis already)

Might need another topic - but the only viable Cavalry MML would mount as much MML 3s as possible.

A turret would allow the Cavalry to keep range and use the "secondary" crit-seeking ability of multiple missile clusters over one or two of larger launchers:
