(Answered) [AToW] Pesht District pre Clan Invasion

Characters affiliated with the Pesht District have the “Haterd of Clans” compulsion. Would that be changed to general “Xenophobia” for games set pre 3049?

While Xenophobia could work, I was directed to where I could find the correct answer. The question is answered in Era Report: 3052.
