Where do I post a MM-lab bug?

Got a MM-Lab bug I want to report, but I'm not sure where to put it.

Got an IS-mixed tech base, shows 5.5 tons of Clan F-F armor on the Home screen, comes up as 6 tons of F-F on the Fluff->TRO screen.
