I'm surprised that Stacy Church wasn't another candidate for a Jihad era legend specific character.  She was drummed up as next Natasha Kerensky, driving her old Black Widow Company out for a spin against the Blakists.  She virtually disappeared whatever she was suppose to be doing.

Stacy Church and Co are in the Wolf's Dragoon Assault Star Pack but I to wish she was in more fiction or fluff. I can only guess it was do to timing of her introduction and how everything was very much in flux in terms of narrative.

IMHO the obvious time to make further mention of her was the war's of the republic era historical. after the 4th sucession war the 'goons needed time to recover and the 'goons action was mostly the black widow battalion for a time, it woulda made sense to show the black widow company acting for the 'goons, instead yeah they basicly where forgotten about until the dark age era where they where renamed... for some reason or another

EDIT: Also I can't really see the contents very well, but one of the figures seem to have a large smoke cloud floating up from it, and the boxes of this size usually have four figures, so... mech mode, airmech mode, fighter mode, and crashed?

I'd argue that calling people names for expressing opinions we don't agree with are what make the game look bad, but that's just me.

Nah, this ain't it, chief. I'm not going to take another multiple-year break from BattleTech over it, but I really hope the people responsible have thought through all the implications here. I'm not against novelty items, but this looks to be packaged just like any other ready-to-play miniatures set. It's going to cause confusion in the market.
