The Delos and Santorini confusion?
« on: 27 August 2024, 06:22:47 »
Field Manual 3145 mentions that the Thera class Delos is stranded over Oriente with a crippled drive.

The problem is that Field Report Free Worlds League indicates the Delos was in service with the Regulans, and the Thera that was stuck over Oriente with a crippled drive was the Santorini.

Of course, there are sixty in game years between the two reports, so my question is this: When Field Manual 3145 said Delos did it mean Santorini, or did the Duchy of Oriente at some point loose the Santorini, then capture the Delos, then have the Delos' drive fail in the Oriente system?

I mean, it sounds weird at first glance, but stranger things have happened.
Good news is the lab boys say the symptoms of asbestos poisoning show an immediate latency of 44.6 years. So if you're thirty or over you're laughing. Worst case scenario you miss out on a few rounds of canasta, plus you've forwarded the cause of science by three centuries. I punch those numbers into my calculator, it makes a happy face.
