Here's my latest map - in both 32x34 (two-by-two mapsheets) and 48x51 (three-by-three) versions.

This one is designed to be useful for the 'contested crossing' kind of scenario, featuring a settlement sitting upon a river crossing, surrounded by some areas of farmland, with a main road crossing by way of a sturdy bridge, with slightly lighter bridges connecting a small island with the settlement's centre on it. While 'mechs would be able to wade or jump the river, wheeled or tracked vehicles would need the bridges, which would therefore become key strategic locations for both sides, prompting either a dash to hold the bridges, or alternatively defending infantry attempting to hold the settlement in the face of units trying to push through.

Of course, there are probably many other scenarios that could be fought over these maps ...

Things that I have learnt through clicking too fast on 'Move Done' on MegaMek: Double-check the CF of the building before jumping onto it, check artillery arrival times before standing in the neighbouring hex, and don't run across your own minefield.

"Hmm, I wonder if I can turn this into a MM map."
