So I have a question/request that I think is already being developed, but not sure.
I run a MekHQ campaign with a total of 8 people, and when we run our weekly games, I’m running into an issue that when I hand off each person’s individual unit, if they should get killed or otherwise knocked out, if they disconnect, their units information, such as damage and pilot status is completely deleted because technically that unit isn’t present anymore at the generation of the salvage and unit muls.
Is there a solution to this other than having people leave their clients open until the end of the battle, or in the case of people ejecting, opening a separate client on my side and ejecting them that way, essentially keeping the client open until the end of the battle?
I’m open to suggestions!
