Is it possible to remove some of the monthly special scenarios from being generated, other than deleting them as they come up?
I'm looking at removing the Star League Cache ones, and replacing them with an actual StratCon facility. Pretty sure I can handle the latter but I'd like to pull the special scenario generation rather than have them continue to be generated.
Also want to remove (at the very least heavily modify) the Civilian Assistance scenario as it's just... annoying. 3:1 odds with each a similar weight/BV, where the goal of retreating the civilian units off the map is just "Turn around and leave" and the combat objective of forcing two of the enemy units into withdrawing is simply not possible.
