Thanks for all the great Reply's Folks. Mr. M-Rex the Spartans are so colorful due to the Fact that we are Merc's from Solaris 7 and all over the Inner Sphere, most of our Mechs are put together from Battlefield Salvage. Pilots get to paint them as they like them and or we use the paint we can get our hands on.
Truthfully I am an Artist and I like color. I paint the Mechs as I like to see them. They let me know how they want to look kinda like Michelangelo letting the Stone show him the Sculpture inside. (or something like that. I do have an Art Degree for real.) I do not paint Cannon Units but more in the Sprit of the different Factions. Though I am doing up some of the Seventeenth Recon Regiment, Camacho's Caballeros. They Paint their Equipment up kinda like We Spartans do.....
And well there are enough folks Painting up the Dragoons and Kell's Hounds or Grey Death Legion. The Caballeros are my favorite Fiction Merc Unit also. Mr. Blackwell I like that you notice that My Mech shots are different. I try to be dramatic with my Images. like a reporter on the Battlefield. (yes I was a reporter once also. but not on a Battlefield
