7th Donegal Guards - CSO 2015 Diorama

So for this years Diorama, I painted 7th Donegal Guards.  I had a whole backstory, named characters, the works for the unit.  On of the other things they did was use Solaris-style running lights to create glowing runes on their units (well, the command lance) to intimidate the opposition and play up a persona.  Here's some shots from the Con that just went live on CSO.  I also have some "studio" photos waiting to be released on my backgrounds as well.

Love the hand painted runes, and you really pushed up the contrast with these. However, I think we're short one mech image, here... ;)

That hint of purple on the bases is wicked by the way. It goes really well with the scheme.

 O0 I have the lance up in Canada... but it will land in the US for Adepticon in a Dropship.  O0

We have a Solaris championship coming up for the next few months so hope to work up to a Highlander. :)

Hi, great looking 'mechs! But I have to ask cause I'm building my Highlander now... How did you work the legs to flex like that with the jump jets behind the thighs?!? I can't see how to do anything but a straight leg unless I shave down those jump jets...

The pistons on the backs of the thighs are meant to be trimmed down as necessary for posing.
