If you're going to use CV rules below 5 tons (which is technically illegal), Fractional Accounting is the way to go...

I'm probably out of date on my .pdf, but my TechManual says combat vehicles can be 1-300 tons.
albeit, 1 ton doesn't work ... internals then controls by themselves add up to 1 ton.

Not with Fractional Accounting... ^-^

Not with Fractional Accounting... ^-^
y'know ... is that a quirk? or at least it should be: Fractional Accounting- very light combat vehicles may be designed using fractional accounting. OOOHHH then you could add infantry scale weapons (granted only up to 5 or less if you add extra ammo ... another quirk!).

It's not a quirk, just an optional rule... Fractional Accounting for ALL MY FRIENDS! :D

I got that, but it should be a quirk. Wait does it even really matter? ... I mean, they would both need to be 'agreed' upon. [VL Edit: sometimes I can't see the forest because of the trees]
Instead of Elon Musk's hyperloop, they could have individual pneumatic-style tubes between major cities.
[VERY LATE edit:] OOOOOOH Fractional accounting is in TO and can be used as an advanced rule, kinda like alternate BA transport weights.
