Tachikoma Protomech

Well, here are a couple proto's for ProtoEva00's Tachikoma challenge in the BA board. Techinally the Tachikoma's are quad-based so I left 1/4 of the total IS weight free in order to reflect weight taken up by a 2nd pair of legs. (100kg.)

I tried to copy the canon armament of the Tachikomas as much as possible so both machines are light with good speed and jumping capabilites, but thin armor. Both are armed with a light machine gun in the right arm while the 'Grenade' model as a grenade launcher in the torso and the other has a heavy MG to match the canon arms of a light machine gun and a variable weapon system containing either a 99mm gatling gun or 50mm grenade launcher.

  I like it.  Given the limited options availible for Protos, this is pretty good.

This seems to be the closest thing you could do.  Only other recommendation I'd make is putting tracks on it, but this design seems to be the closest reasonable approximation.

Guess this'll get a revisit soon, with the Procyon quad.  Looking forward to rules on THAT.
