That is actually a typo. The notes I submitted for the revision of Campaign Operations meant to give a 0.5x multiplier for 1.5-2G gravity, if you want to submit an errata.

The "uninhabitable" multiplier of 0.05 is correct.

Errata submitted

Campaign Operations, corrected 3rd printing, page 123, Planetary Population Table

It is in Solar System Generation -> COLONY CREATION -> Step 1: Population -> Population -> Planetary Population Table, bottom half

The line for "Gravity 1.5-2Gs" has a modifier of "x.05".

It should be "x0.5"

This is per Cray's answer here:

Just a point for clarification- nothing on the site post or schedule document indicates the time zones of any times listed.

I would assume it's local time for Adepticon, which would be Central Daylight Time.

The Veteran pledge level pretty much corresponds to the price I was expecting
(approx. same plastic content in Mercenaries Box as in Alpha Strike Box, not
counting the big guy).

It's going to be the shipping options/costs that will be a deciding factor for me.

Also curious what the Salvage Box "pool" is going to be. If they limit themselves
to the Mercenaries Box Mechs, that would be a good way to get a second Ostsol
and such (1 to 8 odds).

I'm pretty sure the salvage boxes will include all the mechs from the force packs as well - that's how the Clan invasion boxes worked.

I was talking about the miniature robots that became the Heads of 'Formers to control... something like the Combiners... Were they themselves form a Titan. The Headmasters had Humans in, what I wanna say BA?, form a head.

Matter of scale, since Headmaster for Max isn't going be big enough if it's just a AutoSuite/MiniMech (Battle Armor). "Rifleman/Lancelot" Mech which was part Metroplex was clearly a fullsize 'Mech. The mini-vehicle that part of original Metroplex that came out "chest garage" is likely a Beetle Class if you scale it up to meet up with the size Metro.  However, it could go both ways.  Metro on Syberia is massively larger than even Metroplex is, mobile structure. Thus where I go say it's likely 'Mech scale or dozen mini-tank things.

Clan Invasion it was just the Clan side of wave 1 mechs (1/15).

I’m not sure this one will have waves, as it seems more ready to go. Plus the success of the full CI Kickstarter salvage boxes it might be the whole deal. Or maybe minus whatever, if anything, comes out of steady goals. I kinda hope they don’t mix vees and mechs tho.

The launch of the Mercenaries Kickstarter live from Adepticon is almost here…are you ready?

Here's how to tune in to the livestream, the broadcast schedule, a list of the worldwide Launch Parties, and the full schedule for our Demo Team at the convention.

Well, Personally I would use only three of the six for a Level II. Two preta for Scout work, Two Deva and two Arc Angel.
