I still think Trillian's best bet in a marriage with Alaric. Most Lyrans in the Wolf Empire went "eh, ok" when he revealed his parentage. Having an ally with the Wolves might allow her to stabilize multiple fronts.

A minor noble might be good so he doesn't "overtake" her but in the precarious state the Commonwealth currently is she might need a partner that has some power behind him. Perhaps a descendant from the Bradford family (the rulers of Coventry)? Or she simply goes "ef this shit I'm out" and declares Roderick the new Archon. Just like Peter did during the Jihad though that was more of a "take the last value from Tharkad" move

At least 12 Clusters spread over 4 Galaxies. You had the 3 Galaxies of Cats from the Clix Game (Alpha, Tau, and Xi Provisional), and there was a fourth galaxy mentioned in the Kurita 3145 Tro. Shitara also had a Garrison Galaxy.

Yes. In To Ride the Chimera, Julietta Marik is walking in the Dormuth, Marik, in the Clan Headquarters, and sees large groups of children running around with sibko instructors. She wonders to herself where all these kids and civilians came from. The Spirit Cats certainly brought more than just warriors to Marik.

I have said before and agree that the Spirit Cats in the Clan Protectorate could be a great source for a novel about how a society that survives genocide can rebuild, and all the various questions that involves can be examined. But write now TPTB seem interested in settling all the major factions first.

Aerospace / M-1 SDS Drone Small Craft (My Interpretation)

Liberation of Terra, Volume 1 describes it as being a variant of the "Ares Mk VII Attack Craft" hull, with a slightly smaller engine. That would be difficult, though, given the Mk VII wouldn't exist until the 29th century, but the Mk, VII was based on the earlier Ares landing/attack craft hulls.
So, starting with an Ares Mk. III as a base, I modernized the armor to standard instead of primitive, which let me trip a crap-ton of tonnage off, at the loss of two points of armor. That along with the thrust reduction from 5/8 to 4/6 freed up enough mass for an Improved SDS Control System, giving our drone a 4/5 Gunnery/Piloting score. Even better, I still had room for he mandatory SDS Self-Destruct System, and the 11 tons originally devoted to an infantry bay. In the case of the drone, I swapped that out for two steerage quarters and a ton of cargo, for maintenance crew to be able to board and have someplace to sleep.
If you're not hung-up on the SDS Self-Destruct System, you could have a fun time by putting two foot-infantry bays back on, another three tons of cargo, and a single escape pod. Swapping the two infantry bays for another two steerage quarters could make for an amusing ride for a small Lostech Prospector group whose shuttle talks back to them, too, especially since 4 tons would be enough to supply four people for 200 days. If I did that, though, I'd probably rip out the two LRM racks to gain back another 18 tons forbooty...er, plunder...er, recovered treasures.
