(Answered) Command Console + Battle Computer

Noticed the Cyclops 11A-DC has both the Battle Computer Quirk (bonus to initiative) and a Command Console (bonus to initiative).  I can't find anything that states otherwise, so do these two stack for a total of +4 to their sides initiative?
