Title: Construction question: Pavement and Roads have a CF?
Post by: TriplerSDMB on 22 January 2021, 11:55:59
Browsing through some of my old threads here, and recalling Advanced Building Construction rules from Campaign Ops, I can't seem to find an answer.

Can/do Roads and Pavement hexes have a construction factor?  Case in point:  If I have a runway made of pavement hexes, can I damage that pavement hex to the point it becomes an unusable surface (i.e. a Rough Terrain hex)?

I may have missed this in the core books. . .

Yes. The answer is on page 62 of TacOps Advanced Rules.

Specifically, Paved Roads have a CF of 150, and a fully paved hex has a CF of 200. The same table these numbers are listed in also describes what happens when you reduce that CF to zero.

Ah, fantastic, thank you!  I realized when you said TacOps, that I originally referenced the wrong book in my OP, but I found the pages.  Thanks!
