We used the force building rules on pages 22 and 23 of the Battle of Tukayyid Campaign book. Clan side bought additional BSPs with their Force Points.
The question we have is: when it comes track deployment and the percentage of available units allowed to deploy, do the purchased BSPs factor in?
Example:
First track of the campaign is the Pursuit track. Clan players are the attacker and may deploy up to 25% of their available force. Clan Force is 400 Force Points, of which 48 Points was spent to buy 12 BSPs. Do the Clan players:
1. Deploy 25% based on 400 Force Points and factor in the cost of any purchased BSPs used in the track
2. Deploy 25% based on 352 Force Points (total of all mech units) and BSPs are separate
