(Answered) Current Rules for the Manei Domini (and Interstellar Operations)?

Hello everyone!

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but it's the best one I could think of.

I was looking at playing a WoB force as antagonists for my current IS mercenaries in the Jihad, and was trying to find the latest rules for the Manei Domini and their implants.

I found the Jihad Hot Spots 3072 book, which has rules, but I am not sure they're the latest. Searching around has led me to believe the latest implant rules are in Interstellar Operations. I purchased the JHS:3072 PDF from Catalyst, but could not find the Interstellar Operations book, either hardcopy or .pdf, from Catalyst. Is it out of print, and the JHS rules are the latest for the Manei Domini, or have I missed the boat entirely and the rules are somewhere else altogether?

The current rules are in Interstellar Operations.  They in turn will be in Interstellar Operations: Alternate Eras, when that book launches in the near future.  Unfortunately you're searching in a short-term window where the old book is gone but the new one hasn't launched yet.

Ah, perfect. Any idea of a release date for the IO:AE? Just so I can temper (or stoke!) my excitement, as necessary.

No official date has been announced.  I wouldn't expect it any sooner than late March, but that's a minimum, not a guaranteed launch date.  Shipping continues to make estimates tricky.

Ultimately, rules people like myself don't handle CGL logistics, I'm afraid.

Addendum:
With a game coming up tomorrow, if I wanted to use Manei Domini, what rules would you suggest I use? I don't have the old Interstellar Operations currently, and it seems any way to purchase the .pdf is taken down.

Jihad Hot Spots 3072 had the original incarnation of those rules.  The changes between the two versions were not, IIRC, especially significant.
