Strategic Ops page 22 conversion of ground units to fighters table.

What happens when a ground unit runs out of fuel in space, gets safely transported to the ground, and has to go into combat before refueling? Obviously, a LAM isn't going to fly in FighterMode without refueling but what about the other modes/units? Is there still enough fuel in the tanks for the Jump Jets to operate? Can Mechs and BA still Jump and can AirMechs still use Cruise/Flank MP?  Or will the unit (of any kind) have to Walk/Run until it gets refueled?

And since vehicles aren't listed on the table, would those with jump jets follow the rules for Mechs?

ground units do not require fuel to use jump jets

That's just on the ground, right? Because the table gives them fuel when in space.
