I was looking at the TTS maps and noticed that in Interstellar Operations, there is a brief set of rules allowing Planetary Maps from these products to be used for the Abstract Combat System.
Campaign Operations too allows a blank template for planetary map info.
However in both cases there doesn't seem to be any explanation for two things on these TTS maps.
The diamonds sitting between the map pointing to the edges of the planet map and the solar system section of the map off to the right.
My question is this: Have these two elements been merely discontinued rules-wise for things like the Star-System Radar Map instead?
I know what they did in Battleforce 2, but seeing as how we're not doing Battleforce 2 as the most recent ruleset anymore I just was curious.
