(Answered) IO - LAMs and Design Quirks
« on: 20 October 2020, 00:16:14 »
Relevant sections would seem to be Interstellar Operations starting at page 105 and Strategic Operations starting at page 193.

While helping Liam's Ghost with a project I stumbled across something that I do not think has been addressed at all.  At least my searches have turned up nothing(here or in the books).

Due to the LAM's ability to change modes is it possible to assign normally ASF or WiGE specific design quirks to those modes?

Getting forgetful.

I did find a possibly relevant ruling relating to quadvees that may indicate that the answer to my question is yes but I want to be sure it isn't an exception.

I'll try and dig it up again.

Sure, as long as the quirk isn't incompatible/doesn't cause a rules contradiction with some wider aspect of the unit (can't think of anything at the moment; just hedging my bets).
