Superheavy 'Mech Game Rules, Combat Phase, Attack Modifier of 160. Interstellar Operations says when the mechs are on the DIFFERENT level, but there is nothing when a Superheavy Battlemech and a non-Superheavy Battlemech on the same level making the physical attack against each other.

So, what happens, if both Superheavy Battlemech and non-Superheavy Battlemechs are making physical attack against each other while both of them are on the same level? Is it same with attacking the same sized battlemech, and also all types of physical attacks against the same sized battlemechs are allowed without changing the table?

Else is there any problem that Superheavy Battlemechs are not able to making Punch attack against the non-Superheavy Battlemechs on the same level? And Can the said non-Superheavy makes Punch attack with Punch table or must roll the Default Tables?

A superheavy is considered 3 levels high for all purposes, including physical attacks.

Then, if the both standing non-superheavy and superheavy mechs are on the same level, is it correct that non-superheavy mech consider superheavy mech is 1 level higher than it, and superheavy mech consider non-superheavy mech is 1 level lower than it?

So non-superheavy mechs in this situation follows Standing Superheavy 'Mech 1 level higher(160.IO) and can make either charge(kick table), punch(kick table), club(kick table), Physical Weapon(kick table), and superheavy mechs in this situation follows Standing 'Mech 1 level lower(150.TW) and can make either charge, kick(punch table), Physical Weapon(punch table)?

The superheavy is one level higher, being level 3.  The standard mech is at level 2.  Follow whatever rules derive from that.
