Alpha Strike - Combat Manual: Mercenary - Demi-Company question

So.

In Combat Manual: Mercenary for Alpha Strike, there is this Lance formation what came with it.
It is an interesting, but the bonus ability description confuses me.

Does the bonus ability description "per the standard lance being modified" mean something along the lines; "I build demi-company with one lance as recon-pursuit what in turn can get everyone with chosen Forward observer and two chosen to have Blood Stalkers" or just one lance formation's bonus ability?

The demi-company is a Formation. A Lance is another Formation, a Star another, and so on.

Each Formation get the special abilities listed as long as the conditions specified for that Formation are met. So a Pursuit Demi-Company needs to have all units size 2 or less, and 75% (which is 4, rounding normally) with speed 12" or better. 75% of the formation (eg. 4 again) get Blood Stalker.

So no, it's not 4+2 in a Demi-Company Formation, it's 6.
