On TO:AR p. 119, armor for buildings is introduced, preventing hits to a building's CF from resulting in critical hits. Should this protection extend to infantry occupying an armored building as well, reducing or nullifying the damage passed on when the building hex they occupy is hit? It makes some sense logically given how armor is presented as protecting internal components, and would allow small bunkers to no longer be complete death traps for infantry, no?
