(Answered) Naval Repair Facility on ship with Sub-Compact K-F Drive

As title says. Can a warship with Sub-Compact K-F Drive System(344. TO) mount a Naval Repair Facility(334. TO) of any type?

Per the answer(that is not on errata, though) for the maximum limit of Repair Facility, it seems that a 25,000 tons warship can have an unpressurized standard repair facility worth for 100,000 tons(that actually costs 2,500 tons) so they have enough tonnage for mount a Repair facility but is it possible to mount it?

Also what about the docking collar followed with the repair facility? I think that it can't use any docking collar since its Sub-Compact K-F Drive already prevents to use a docking collar, though, but I want a double check.

Finally, is the 'preliminary errata' on the link still stands? Or it is denied right now?
