(Answered) ComStar & availability rules/tables

I'm wondering how the availability rules and tables should work for ComStar, since AFAIK they managed to preserve LosTech during the Succession Wars era. No mention of ComStar is made under Availability in the Tech Manual.

Same as for the Clans perhaps, since they also weren't around in the Age of War & Star League periods, but ignoring IS extinction dates?

ComStar is a special case.  Just keep their Star League-era availabilities.

The Clans are covered already; they also follow the above rules suggestion.
