(Answered) Rear-mounted bulldozers?

According to p. 242 of the TechManual, a vehicle cannot mount more than one bulldozer, and it must be on the front. However, TRO:VA(R) mentions the UL-14 Bulldozer unit on p. 34, which has bulldozers on the front and rear. Also, TRO: 3075 mentions the Reverse Büffel on p. 276, which has a bulldozer mounted on the rear. Are these vehicles in error, or can a bulldozer be mounted on the rear as well as the front of a vehicle?

Combat and Support Vehicles may mount a maximum of two bulldozer blades per unit, with a maximum of one per Front or Rear location.
