Faulty Grasshopper (No Pic)

Really should have taken a picture here, but bear with me.

New CGL plastic mini of the Grasshopper.  The Left Torso medium laser is really diagonal/wonky.  The right one is flush with the center torso, but the left one isn't.  It is very noticeable if you are looking-but unfortunately I've already primed this model. 

Should I try to cut it off with a hobby knife and re-glue? Or will this just make a bad problem worse?  I can try to grab a pic tonight if this doesn't make sense to the community.

Maybe you can try to use a hairdryer to blow hot air on that laser. I had a problem with my Hellbringer/Loki; the PPC was bend. Just a few seconds of hot air and the plastic was soft (test it, don't melt it!). Bend the PPC to its correct position and let it cool. Worked perfectly for me.
The special aspect of your mini is the already applied primer. I can't tell you what will happen to that primer if you blow hot air on it.

Good idea--will try hairdryer.

If I have to reprime an area, I can always do it manually.
