Almost certain this has to be an error, but posting it here by request.
Per p. 80, Airships are prevented from entering the low- or high-atmosphere maps. As they are an aerospace unit that inherits their base movement mechanics from DropShips (p. 204), does this not prevent them from lifting off? Per p. 91, they can't operate as airborne units on the ground map, as "...aerospace units still operate (with the few exceptions [listed in that section]) as though they were moving on the low-altitude map. It seems to me then that airships, under current rules, cannot be used in atmosphere.
So, what's the call here?
