(Answered) Swarm attack damage on Mechs inside a building

Infantry anti-Mech attacks, Swarm attack damage pg. 223
Buildings, Combat Effects, Infantry inside buildings pg. 172, Combat Within Buildings pg. 175

Situation: a Mech has been swarmed by battle armor while inside a building.  The next round the battle armor makes it's attack against the Mech with an automatic hit.

Does the building absorb damage to it's CF from the attack, reducing the damage before it's applied to the Mech?  Or is it applied directly to the Mech with no reduction and no reduction of building CF?

They're on the mech, guns pressed right up against it.  No damage reduction, no building CF reduction.
