Question came up in my last game:
In case I want to use the C3 Slave/Master or C3i computers already existing in my mechs or vehicles do I have to add the specific BV2 value on top or is the possibility to use this equipment for a network already included into the base BV2?

The costs are not included. The rules for calculating the additional BV cost of a C3 network can be found in TechManual pg 315.
