(Answered) Cargo capacity, and trailers

I have a couple of questions regarding the above, and was needing clarification for an upcoming game.

Using a J-27 as an example.
1) When targeting a J-27, or other vehicle with a trailer, I choose to shoot either the tractor, or trailer, correct?

2) What kind of movement penalty does a fully loaded J-27 (with trailer, and full 11 tons of cargo) suffer? The way I interpret the rules, because all the cargo is carried in dedicated cargo bays, there is no movement point reduction. Is this correct?

1.) Correct

2.)  There is no penalty for carrying the cargo.  A movement reduction for hauling the trailer may apply.

In this case, the movement penalty cuts the J-27 down to 2/3.  The rules are on TW page 205.
