If my aerospace unit has taken thruster critical hits, does this affect its ability to turn when operating in atmosphere, either high- or low-altitude?
I would assume that at high altitude it is still using "space movement" (with the given alterations as noted in TW p. 79-80), so "yes", but at low altitudes "no".
