Input on idle musing

Another post in the General board about handheld weapons brought me back to thinking more about something. Is there utility in handheld SRT/LRT torpedo weapons for Mechs that are expecting some aquatic combat? And are there Thunderbolt torpedo launchers (can't remember seeing anything specific)?

Nothing forbids it by rules, there is no equivalent to the thunderbolt torpedo (except the aerospace or VTOL bomb).

Breach checks are the reason for any torpedo launcher, hand-held or otherwise. SRM-2s are lighter, but LRM-5s win on range.

Some handheld SRT/LRT would make a lot of sense. A unit that likes amphibious assaults having a small pile seems legit
