Yep, as mentioned, by The Mighty ACHOO, "Xxxenophile." In a sci-fi satire book he collaborated on, "Illegal Aliens," there were a few risque comments throughout, so it's not like it's a subject he's ever shied away from; then, of course, there was the infamous episode of "What's New? with Phil and Dixie" that never quite happened.
