1st Batt Pleiades Hussars

They are the garrison of New Ganymede. Looking for make up around 4th succession War.
Now with the armor on planet because it is a desert world no tracks just wheels and hover. Not a lot of air/VTOL also because of the Sand storms in the air.

Look at 'Mechs produced by the Taurians at the time; Wasp, Stinger, Locust, Griffin, Thunderbolt, Warhammer and Maruader. They're a periphery nation and it's the 4th SW, so parts and supplies are allways going to be thin on the ground, and many unit might be going into battle with pre-sexisting damage or partial ammo loads oe the like.

Vees are going to be mostly simple ICE types like the Scimitar/Saladin/Scaracen series, APCs, Hetzer and such. Definitely nothing fancy

From Periphery 1e, the Pleiades Hussars are a medium-heavy weight unit.  So they will probably have lots of Warhammers, T-Bolts, Marauders, Archers and Griffins, all of which are built in the Concordat.  According to the unit entry, in the years leading up to the 4th SW, they saw action against the FS conducting recon missions.  So they may have salvaged Enforcers, Centurions, Dervish, Rifleman and Jagermechs. 

As for armor, if you want a hover tank it is probably going to be the J. Edgar, which is produced at Perdition.  Th only other vehicles produced by the TC at this time are all tracked, so you would have to just pick something from TR3039.

The plainsman might be available too depending on exact intro date and when this is taking place.

The Wolfs Dragoons contracted with the Taurians to build them as part of their 3030 rearmament program and they were used on a fairly wide basis in the war of 3039...:)

Some inter periphery trade takes place as well so you could have Shadow Hawks from the Magistracy and Merlins from the Outworlds.
