I'd say it's closer to Scorpion. Also a good position if you need to do some emergency repairs and don't have a crane nearby.

Made one with more burst damage and even shorter range. And it doesn't need (or want) to stick around after firing its salvo either

As I understand it both "ursus" and "arctos" has the root meaning "destroyer". "Ursus Arctos Arctos" thus essentially means "Destroyer Destroyer Destroyer". ;)
