Just about every monarchy in history began the same way. A strongman or woman, seizes power over a group of people. Everything progresses from there. Some are just a little closer to their roots than others.
if I were going to try and take over a world, I believe I would choose one that could feed itself and had some decent trade goods. Sort of like the arrangement the Rim Collection made.
