What's the state of 28mm Battletech at IWM?

Last year there was a poll on interest in 28mm BattleArmor: http://bg.battletech.com/forums/index.php/topic,7940.0.html

Before that there was talk about getting the Armorcast 1/60 Mechs back in production (Mad Cat, Vulture, Atlas), can't find a link (but probably on the old forum or I could have imagened it ;-).

So is there any official word from either IWM or CGL on when/if we'll see any 28-30mm Battletech items in the next year(s) or so?

The 28mm battle armor at IWM is Currently on hold for right now. There is still a sculpting backlog, I am going to still try to squeeze one in some where.

As for the armorcast resin mech, I have no information on them.

Its a real shame that the Armorcast line of mechs seem to have bitten the dust for good.
