I did not know where to post this and I am getting a bit frustrated about this issue
Last Sunday I ordered Historical Liberation of Terra Vol 1 Print version from Battleshop and after a week, my order has yet to ship and the listed status is "Pending". Is this normal for the Site or is there a problem with my order? I have contacted the Customer Service but after 2 days, I have yet to receive a reply so this is why I decided to go to the Board; Normally I would be a bit patient but I did spend a bit of money with this order
Can anyone help me?
