"Classic Battletech" books same as "battletech" books?
« on: 26 September 2013, 00:24:16 »
Hi, sorry this is probably an old question but I'm a noob.

My local game store has some Battletech stuff, but some of the books say "Classic Battletech" at the top. The one I'm most interested in is Strategic Operations.  If the cover says "classic" is it an older version of the game, or just a naming change?

Thanks

Classic Battletech was the title used when MechWarrior Dark Age was still active.
After MW:DA closed up everything went back to Battletech.
So yes it was just a name change.
It's not about winning or losing, no it's all about how many chapters have you added to the rule books after your crazy antics.
