(Answered) Radical Heat Sink Failure

FM: 3145, page 247:

The rules for the Radical Heat Sink system explains how to avoid coolant failure and what happens when the system takes a critical hit, but unless I am mistaken, it does not actually say what happens when coolant failure actually occurs. What exactly does happen if I fail the Avoid Failure roll?

"If the rolls equals or exceeds the number indicated in the Avoid Failure On column, the device continues to work normally."

AFTER THIS ADD:

"If the roll is less than the number indicated on the Avoid Failure On column, apply 1 critical hit to the RHS. Assign the damage to the top-most available critical space."
