Hope its okay to ask these. I'm looking at the older print books so please forgive me if there's been errata I missed some wheres.
Airships can use Quirks.

Why can't vehicles be easy to pilot?
Why can't Mechs with Extended Fuel Tanks use the Fragile Fuel Tank Quirk?
Why is it vehicles can't use the 3 Cooling Jacket Quirks? I understand that Vehicles need to be 0 heat, and that the quirks would only effect energy weapons on vehicles. But shouldn't they work as long as the vehicle still has enough heat sinks? Even if that means having to add more heat sinks? Or being able to remove one?
Why can't VTOLs use Internal Bomb Bays? VTOLs can conduct Bombing Runs. Their being disallowed is especially confusing for Support VTOLs since they can't mount External Stores Hardpoints. Internal Bomb bays would be the only way they could drop bombs. Unless they get external stores hardpoints for free like combat VTOLs. Sorry. I'm still confused about VTOL Bombing Runs.
